Cooking Help -- Oven Broken, Options?
I know Chow doesn't usually focus on cooking help, but I thought I'd give it a try. I was planning on roasting chicken legs for dinner tonight. Can I get a similar result in my Le Creuset on the stovetop? I don't cook much meat, so I'm not quite sure... Thanks.
