Knight Salumi Co
Anyone know what happened to these guys? Their website is empty (has the Knight template, but all content is gone) and they weren't at the Little Italy farmer's market this weekend. Are they taking time off? I truly hope they haven't gone out of business...
Edit: add their web address: http://www.knightsalumico.com/

Yes we have moved our offices, and had to make some upgrades at our production facility. We have had some hiccups along the way but should have everything in order by the end of the week.

re: knightsalumico
Went by the Poway Farmer's Market this morning, to see your guy only selling sausage sandwiches and 1 type of salumi. I asked him how the move went, and he said that it didn't go through, and that it would likely be a few more months before things were back to normal. Tell me it isn't true? Visiting the Knight stand is one of my favorite reasons for visiting the market.

re: camilles
I spoke to someone associated with Knight Salumi the other day, and was told there is an ownership/management change going on, that there is a name change on the way, and that they will continue to carry the same products as before, as well as adding quite a few new ones.
It sounds like they're in the middle of a transition period right now, but should soon be back on the scene in full force.

Oh dang! I was going to go to the UTC farmers market this thursday (haven't been in a while) and I'll keep an eye out there.
