Mussels in Coconut Milk - Where did I eat this??

Last year I moved to San Diego and went out somewhere with friends and had really yummy mussels in a Thai influenced broth - coconut milk, maybe lemongrass, some lime... I could swear it was Neighborhood, but I just looked at their menu and I don't see it. I'm having one of those ridiculous cravings for this and must track it down.... any help?

Went there once for lunch -> horrible

only good for drinks and the view.. Stay away from the food like any restaurant on the water in north county..
