The salmon are 6oz fillets, http://www.vitalchoice.com/shop/pc/vi...

Can I thaw this in the refrigerator overnight? I only use half the portion so can I keep till the next night as well (48 hours)?

  1. You can thaw it in the fridge. How long it will take of course depends on how cold the fridge is, but a 6oz filet seems like it should thaw over night.
As far as how long you can keep it after thawing, just treat it like any piece of salmon, as long as it still smells and feels fresh it's fine.
