Two workers of Paco -split and opened their own place in Vista its called something with 'texoco." I havent tried it to see if its any good.

Well done Kare. The restaurant is Vamos a Texcoco. I found it by googling texcoco and vista. Their menu is almost identical to Aqui es Texcoco. http://vamosatexcoco.net/

Paco's food and sauces are excellent, but I can see where it's kind of a haul for you.
