ISO salads in Upper NW DC

I am taking a girlfriend to lunch for her birthday and she really digs salads. I am trying to find a restaurant that has really great salad entrees. My preference would be upper NW DC, but I could do Chevy Chase or Bethesda as well.

    The original Chef Geoff's on New Mexico might fit the bill - or, for that matter, so too might Lia's.

      I'm always ISO a great salad. Nam Viet in Cleveland Park have some really yummy, healthy and refreshing salads. Cactus Catina surprisingly has a lot of unique and delicious ones. There's also Cafe Deluxe.
