Bridgewaters's pub/30th st. station

Bob Loblaw Jan 9, 2011 05:13 AM

Has anyone here eaten at Bridgewaters, the pub in 30th St. Station?
We stopped there for a drink yesterday, since we'd missed our train and had to wait till the next one. Didn't order food, but the food we saw coming out of the kitchen looked good.
Curious if anyone has more info/experience/etc.

i've eaten there a few times and it's shockingly better than expected. they don't have a full kitchen back there and yet they regularly turn out creative and fresh food. i most recently had a pretty good chicken curry and have seen things like rabbit paella on the menu. it's easily the best option in the station if you have time to kill.

Never had the food, but I am always pleasantly surprised by the beer selection when I find myself there. Pretty decent considering it's in a train station...
