Isn't butter brickle just another term for toffee (trademark?). Eagle brand makes an almond toffee flavor; Haagen Dazs makes an English toffee flavor. Never had either but it sounds good.

I used to eat butter brickle ice cream in Washington State or Missouri as a child, but haven't seen it in Texas. In fact this post brought back fond memories! That's an old school flavor! Good luck!

        Welcome to Houston!

I am not familiar with butter brickle, but the most popular brand around these parts (Blue Bell) offers buttered pecan and butter crunch. Might they be what you're looking for?
