17th Birthday Outing

Hey! So, I'm turning 17 this month and my mind is clustered on ideas for a birthday outing. My friends range in ages (15-18). I want to go to a fun, inexpensive restaurant; something similar to mars 2112, planet hollywood, or even the hard rock cafe. Something around/near Times Square preferably with price ranges 15$-30$.

If you want something similar to one of them why not just go to one of them? anything similar is just one or the other of the theme restaurants. Maybe Bubba Gumps (if its still open?)
