What Wine with Cream Sauce Lasagna with Prosciutto and Hint of Truffles?

Am invited to a dinner, and I want to bring some wine. Just interested in what you experts think would go with this dish (from an early 19th c. Italian cookbook).

    Don't know whether you saw that other truffle/pasta thread, but there was a recommendation there for an aged white Rioja by Lopez de Heredia.

    I've been thinking about YOUR flavor combination here for quite a while, and am coming to the conclusion that an aged Rosado from LdH would be about as close to a perfect match for these flavors as I can think of. In fact, I can taste it in my brain. (Getting hungry!)

    Otherwise, I'd probably do a Blanc de Noirs Champagne. looking for a full-bodied Champagne.
