I also was just given a tip by a friend who goes to the key biscayne marina on weekend mornings and buys fish from the fishing boats (near the old Sundays location).

Maybe the Japanese Market on the 79th street causway
I buy alot of fish at Casablanca fish market on the river but Ive never bought tuna there. You should call ahead to see if they have tuna.
Also, I find the tuna at Fresh Market in the Grove to have excellent quality tuna as does Epicure (but epicure is quite expensive)

Japanese Market does have high-quality, frozen tuna. I've never used the tuna but I have used their salmon before for tartare and if thawed properly it's very high quality. I've not been but Triar Seafood in Hollywood (?) is often recommended.

I have gotten pretty much everything at Triar and the quality is always amazing. If they have it, it's first rate. Each week they have a list of what's available for that week. If you call ahead they will be happy to fax it to you.
