Savoy or Socarrat Nolita?

I know, very different places.

But if I'm looking for a good meal tomorrow night, between the two, any recent reports (or any reports at all of the new Socarrat location)? Good food, comfortable but a bit lively, 4 people able to have a conversation - any thoughts re: one over the other?
