Recipe for Taquitos/Flautas?

I'm looking for a good recipe for flautas. Any filling is fine!
I would like to try a Rick Bayless version, but I've been unable to track down his recipe(s) successfully.

Thanks for the help!

I made these taquitos using the Rick Bayless recipe linked by GHG (thanks again!). I doubled the recipe and made them in advance up to the point of rolling the taquitos, then put them in the fridge.
I brought them to room temp before frying them, then put them on a baking sheet in a warm oven until ready to serve so they stayed nice and hot. They turned out beautifully, and everyone loved them at the party. I definitely recommend this recipe!

I have made these and I love them. The technique is excellent. Go for chipotle.
