Hey, all, new here, and already finding this community to be awesome with awesome sauce (recipe involves distilling said awesomess)

I got tons of great advice on where to go in Baltimore this weekend. Bringing it back to Philly, though, anyone out on the main line with some unheralded gems?

Saw Blackfish got a nod in Philly magazine. Go Blackfish! Love that place. I also adore Restaurant Alba near Malvern. The place to go after seeing a show at People's Light and Theater Co.

My question is, best food on the Main Line? Full disclosure, I used to work waitstaff in Wayne, it was some time ago, but I have been to George's :) and know some who have worked under Mr. Perrier.

Anyway, Ideas around Ardmore? I'm going to put in a plug for Yeats Tavern, Right here on Lancaster Ave, at the corner of Church Rd. Great ambiance and the food is very good. Not huge fine dining, but workmanlike interpretations of such as flatiron steak and pork chops.

So, would love, you folks who live to the west of City Line Ave, to hear your ideas!

Best wishes,

TBS
