Best souffle on the strip?

Hi - will be heading to Vegas & looking for the best souffle (sweet or savoury) on the strip please.

    Eiffel Tower restaurant at Paris.

    Years ago, the best souffles in town were at the Buccaneer Bay Club at Treasure Island. Sadly, that eatery was gutted in favor of a nightclub.

        Bleu Cheese Souffle at Bradley Ogden, Grand Marnier Souffle at Pamplemouse on Sahara Ave just east of the strip
