Is it still kosher? I can't find any recent comments on its status. I just found out a local gourmet food shop sells SSB bread and I'm really hoping it's still kosher!

I was not aware that it was ever kosher...

I realized I confused SSB with Tribeca Oven. Oh well. Back to the drawing board...

Not sure what you are looking for, so forgive me if I'm speaking out of turn, but Tribeca Oven happens to be delicious- they were at Kosherfest and I sampled their breads- AMAZING!!

Tribeca is great, but they only sell parbaked breads nowadays and they're not being sold at my local gourmet food shop. :-)

Aha! All those years of living in New York and not knowing about this was killing me--glad it was confusion ;-)

And forgive me, too for speaking out of turn--but Bread Alone is kosher and awesome if you haven't sampled their wares...

Yes, but the only Bread Alone I can get is at Whole Foods and already sliced, generally on the older and staler side. Paramount is usually available near us but that's not quite as good as these more artisanal brands.
