There is a fish monger at 16 Osler near Dupont that has a very large frozen section and a good fresh selection. Tre Mari bakery at 1311 Saint Clair Avenue West between Dufferin and Via Italia or Alcoa Bakery at 1147 Davenport Road near Oakwood are good.
