Boetje's Mustard

I love Boetje's stone ground mustard; intensely flavored with a bit of horseradish. Trouble is, Lund's no longer stocks it. Has anyone seen it around? PLEASE, no maybe so and so has it...only want positive sightings!

  1. I used to work in Rock Island and drive buy the business
every day. You used to be able to buy it from them mail
order but haven't looked at their site in years. I have a bottle
in the back of the pantry that has been there for five years -
better get it out and see if it's any good. Thanks for reminding
me - I'll look up their site.

    1. Here you go - give them a call. They may know of another
outlet in the Twin Cities or mail you some.

      1. Be sure to let us know if you find a local source. My source is my dad, who works in Rock Island. But he won't be visiting again until spring. :-)

        1. I have purchased Boetje's at Byerly's in the past. It has been a while, though, so you might want to call first.

Pretty sure I've seen it at the Cub Foods on E. Lake. They also have Beaver Brand (love their extra hot horseradish) and Silver Springs who makes a good Beer and Brat mustard that's sure to clear your sinuses and tickle your brain.

            2. I was at the Heartland Deli yesterday and they do have it.

Thanks, found it at Golden Fig; can't believe I'd never been there before - nice collection of gourmet items.

Johnny West: thanks for the link to the company, but I've called twice, never had a live voice answer the phone, only a recording. Left messages but they never returned my calls, and they don't even have a website to order from.
