The Forge and a new restaurant
How is the Forge since it reopened? We used to love that restaurant.............How does it compare to Prime 112 or Prime Italian?
I cannot remember the name of a new restaurant. I know it begins with a C and is located near the Fontainebleau Hotel on Miami Beach......................

VERY disappointing meal at The Forge a few weeks ago. We went because friends from NY wanted to revisit as they used to love it too. Poorly made drinks, cold 'grilled cheese' app. special, overcooked $40 fish, too many things wrong to get us back any time soon. Granted, it was Monday night and Dewey was off, but if the rest of the staff can't handle it maybe they should close when the head chef isn't there. Only the burger and the souffles were enjoyed.

The C-word is Cecconi's at the new Soho Beach House (4385 Collins Ave). It's a pricey Italian place which is lovely on a cool night for dining under the stars. Definitely a flashier pan than the F-word.
