Healthy and quick lunch in Chandler?

My office recently got moved to the Chandler area (101 and Ray) and I have been desperately searching for good take out spots in the area. Asian food is very well covered in the dobson/warner intersection so now I'm looking for a good place to pick up a salad or something healthy other than Pita Jungle (which I love but I can't eat every day).

Any ideas chowhounds? Full service restaurant is OK too...looking to stay within 3 miles of the 101 and Ray since this would be a workday lunch. Type of food isn't important just looking for solid food, more local places would be nice but not required.

  1. Ok, I'm right there with you. I am at Warner and the 101. I brown bag it plenty and I tend to hit Whole Foods a lot for a quick takeout lunch. Good salad bar and good sushi. For eat in, I like Spitfire Grill, even though it is a bit pricy, the food has been really quite good and fresh for my 3 visits so far. Plenty of healthy salad options. I am digging Sushi Kee for my Japanese and sushi kick every once in a while. Great sushi and bentos. After that, it gets pretty anemic for healthy choices.

    1. I can only think of Spices Mediterranean Kitchen. I think danieli10 meant Sushi Ken.

      1. How about the Whole Foods - there are lots of great options there, you can dine in or take out. Next to it is also Paradise Bakery. Along Alma School are several spots including Saigon Pho, On Chandler Blvd across from the mall (next to Great Indoors) is Thai Cafe which has a cafeteria style line as well as order off the menu.

I go to Whole Foods a lot. And, I meant Sushi Kee at Warner and Rural. Also, I just had a great lunch yesterday at Yupha Thai.
