TD GARDEN DINNER OPTIONS? ANYONE? ANYONE?
It's Scampo, game after game, due to the room, Mario the waiter, the Elephant ear, and almost passable pasta that are subpar due to the cheap pasta used. That said, anyone have any suggestions of a decent meal up to $150 for two near the garden when the C's take on the Spur's this Wednesday?

I've heard that Rustico will be open for dinner on game nights so you might want to check. That said, I think management has changed there. Last time I went in for lunch I was first told it would be a wait and then I saw them sending someone out to buy bread! Not a good sign..........but maybe they're got it back together now.
For kind of old school Italian you could try Amici on North Washington St. They're open on Celtics game nights but not Bruins (different crowd!).

Grotto is on Bowdoin Street - if you head up Staniford from Causeway it is the next street over on Cambridge Street.

if you're not looking for "knock my sox off and expensive" I'm very fond of Osteria Rustico on Canal and I also like Pierrot Bistro on Cambridge Street. Osteria is one of those simple, clean-line italian places with sweet owners and staff.
