Anyone in Seattle familiar with Domenico's Pizza in Belmont Shore (Long Beach), California?

They make a killer sausage pizza in which the sausage is not applied in clumps as is normally the case, but is ground and spread over the entire pizza. If you know of a sausage pizza in the Seattle area that is similar, I'd love to hear from you.

If you don't mind a three-hour drive to Portland, OR, the sausage on the sausage & caramelized onion pizza at Ken's Artisan Pizza is served that way.

I'm a strictly plain cheese pizza type of guy, but when I took a friend to Piecora's on Capitol Hill, he wanted sausage and that's exactly how it came - ground & spread all over the pie. He didn't like it made that way, preferring chunks.
