Westchester County Restaurants with Private Dining (& room for a DJ!)

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions as to where to have an engagement party in Westchester County for about 100 people and room for a DJ. We are open to doing a buy-out of a restaurant if need be, and are looking to spend no more than $80 per person. Ideally, we would love to keep it at around $50-60 (but we are true foodies and don't know if there is someone that will offer that price and still have great food). The party does not need to be a sit down dinner...a good buffet is fine with us. Please help!

Not sure of where you are located, but take a look at Shadows on the Hudson

I have looked into Sam's and did think it would accommodate everyone - thanks!

I think 121 in North Salem - they have a room downstairs.

We've been looking for a restaurant with the capacity for a similar number of people in the county too, and to say it's been tough is an understatement. The problem is finding a place that has really, really good food to accommodate that # reasonably. It pains me to settle for average food. Red Hat in Irvington is my dream, but it's very pricey. Half Moon has a buy out, but it's above your price range. I know it has mixed reviews on this board, but the view can't be beat. I'd be very curious to hear chowhound responses to this.

It is definitely beyond difficult at this point! I've been searching for a few months and haven't come up with anything I'm absolutely thrilled about! Please let me know if you find anything...I did look at Sam's of Gedney Way & CV Mansion in White Plains and those would be my top 2 choices at this point if I had to make a choice right now. I would love to hear these responses as well.
