looking for good quality moderate priced restaurants. in Lake Buena Vista area or Orlando. Like all types of food!
In zagat I notice that the highest rated restaurants are pretty pricey- more than what we pay for top-quality in Seattle. by moderate I mean $10-20 for entrees. I have a car-will be staying at Sheraton Safari in Lake Buena Vista.

Right near LBV there is a wonderful Cuban Restaurant, Havana's Cuban Cafe, www.havanascubancuisine.com/. Family owned and always delicious. Also a great mexican restaurant, El Patron, www.elpatronrestaurantcantina.com; and a middle eastern restaurant, Falafel Moroccan Restaurant, www.falafelmarket.com. If you're looking for a local Florida chain, The Ale House is very moderately priced as well as consistent. All 4 of these restaurants are just off of Disney property (near I-4/535 & Hotel Plaza Blvd). Hope you have some good meals.

Nothing right around where you are so you'll need the car. In that price range you should look into Memories of India, Cedar's, Anatolia, and maybe Big Fin. On Disney property you're priced out of most of the good options - though I believe you can find some things at Sanaa in your price range.

I don't know though, I think our prices are around the same as Seattle, I think your looking at some of the high end Disney Restaurants which are a little more pricey. So here are a few ideas.
Disney Area
Downtown Disney - Earl of Sandwich - delicious sandwiches, Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant
Epcot - Via Napoli -(Italian, Pizza and is a fairly new restaurant.) Beirgarten (German Buffet - around 20 bucks per person for Lunch)
International Drive - Cafe Tu Tu Tango - Tapas (prices very but around 20-30 bucks depending on choices) Nile Ethiopian, Aashirwad Indian Restaurant
Turkey Lake/ Sand Lake/ Dr. Phillips - Anatolia (Turkish), Memories of India, Le Rouge (Wine Bar and Tapas) - Depending on choices but I'd bet 20-30 per person.
Winter Park - 4 Rivers Smokehouse - very inexpensive, delicious, outside seating only.
Vi-Mi District - Pho 88 (Vietnamese, Pho Banh mi's and more), Ba Le Bakery - (vietnamese french bakery)
Hunter Creek Area Fortuna Bakery - Menu almost all in spanish - Columbian food, baked goods, Mikado Sushi - fresh fish, beautiful plating, Padrino's Cuban
