Kili on Hoyt St to become Cafe Piragua?

Walked by the former Kili space yesterday (which has been closed for over two months) and noticed that "Cafe Piragua" has been displayed in the window. Anyone got any intel on this place?

    Update: It looks like it's just a bar; the kitchen is still going unused. Kind of a shame, that space has such potential.

      I spoke with the new owners of the place. It is a bar/lounge for now, along the same lines as Kili, but with a bit of a more latin atmosphere.They plan to add food soon. From what I understand it will be tapas style plates. I agree it has a lot of potential, but I think they could be headed in the right direction here.
