What to do with my Creme Friache from Monforte

I have recently been taken in by monforte diary- they happen to come to a local market near my workplace, and every time they come, I can't help but buy a few things. Last time, I bought some delicious creme cheese (sheeps milk), and a tub of creme fraiche.... I have about a week left to use the creme fraiche, and given that I've overindulged, would like to find something moderately heathy to do with it.

Any thoughts??

Many ideas, but if you want something on the healthier side, put a dollop on fresh berries ... blackberries, raspberries, blueberry mixture ... creme fraiche is a great alternative to plain cream (make sure your berries are at room temp) ...
