In most(if not all) of the Cibo Express stores you can find packaged sandwiches and salads with a Star-K.

You can find Cibo Express outlets everywhere in Terminal 5 (Jet Blue). I'm not sure which other terminals have them.

The kosher stuff is usually mixed in with the regular sandwiches/salads. They also have kosher chips and snacks. In the main Cibo, there's a Dunkin Donuts if you want coffee.

Thanks everyone - I have a 4-hour layover on my flight from Israel to Los Angeles and I'm hoping to find breakfast at the airport.

Terminal 4 has kosher packaged sandwiches and hummus and pita chips at Peet's Coffee (the first Peet's after you clear security).
