Madrid Asadors-Chuleton

Hello,

I have a couple of days in Madrid and was looking at 3 options to have dinner:

1. Asador Donostiarra
2. Julian Tolosa
3. Botin

Any help on which one would be best? Ive eaten at Casa Lucio so its similar, thats why i was looking at Asador Donostiarra or Julian Tolosa for a good Chuleton.

Any recos for the best dry aged Chuleton in Madrid?

    Among your three choices, I'd go to Julián de Tolosa.

      Thanks Juan. Now I'm torn between asador ansorena or Julian tolosa. Place wise I guess we will be more comfortable in ansorena? Do you know if chuleton is dry aged?

    2. You can scratch Botin from that list--it's a Castillian asador (roast pig and lamb), not a Basque asador (beef/chuletón).

        Definitely took it out of the list...I ended up in Asador Ansorena per reco of Juan..thank you so much had a great time a great Chuleton
