Butcher Salt

Does anyone know where I can buy butcher salt? I'm curing a pork belly.
I've tried Sur La Table and Central market.

    I got mine at Carnival. It was on a bottom shelf in the produce section.

      I get my pink salt at Hirsch's in Plano.

        Thanks. I found some at Williams Sonoma but will use Hirsch's next time.

        I would think kosher salt would work just as well if you can't find "butcher salt".
        A tip: Call one of these butcher shops. Hirsch's Meat Market, Kuby's, Rudolphs, or, VonGeertsem Butcher Shoppe.
