Farah Olivia News!
For you hounds that enjoyed going to Old Town to eat in Marou's Farah Olivia restaurant before he lost his lease...he is back!
His brother started Restaurant Kora in Crystal City (Crystal City Drive next to Jaleo) and Marou is taking the inside room, with about 10 tables and reincarnating the Farah Olivia menu. We went there for New Year's Eve and we were the only ones there. Marou came out and talked to us for a while after the 6th course!
He is going to take a lot of his old decor and add it to the room. He is in the process of finding some of his old staff and training the current in how to do molecular gastronomy, but he is resurfacing. Great news for those that liked playful food.
