Any pop up restaurants in Las Vegas?

I was surprised to find out there's only a few in Los Angeles.
I'll be in Las Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show and I'd like to check it out.

Have you been to Monta (in the same strip mall as Raku) (5030 Spring Mountain) for ramen? Open 7 days a week until 11:00 p.m.

Just to be clear, it's open for lunch 7 days, too. And have you ever been to Ronald's Donuts? Not far away on Spring Mountain, but closed by 4:00 p.m (earlier on Sunday). Delicious old-school donuts, many of them vegan! If you happen to be vertical in the middle of the night, Ronald's opens super early -- at 4:00 a.m. last I checked.

What about 9091 for LA style Korean tacos. Maybe you could compare it w/ the stuff in LA.
