help deciphering dishes at The Orient, Bethpage, LI

Can someone shed light on the difference between these dishes:

Hot and Spicy Chicken
Chicken with Garlic Sauce
Szechuan Chicken
Hunan Chicken
Kung Po Chicken

then from the Combination Platters section of the menu, there is the additional "Chicken or Beef with Hot Pepper Sauce"

I assume Kung Po is the typical americanized version with peanuts. I'm looking for something that resembles as closey as possible the dish "Dried Chicken with Chili Sauce - 香辣干煸雞" from Sichuan Gourmet in Massachusetts.

I wish there were pictures of everything on the menu, like a dive takeout Chinese resto!

  1. I'm sure Tommy the owner would be happy to differentiate these for you. Just ask him for his help--he's a really nice guy. And if you described the dish from Massachusetts, he might be able to make it for you.
