Help for a friend. Dinner info near Neil Simon theater please

A good friend got tickets to a show as a holiday present. She will be seeing the show at the Neil Simon Theater (52 between Broadway and 8th) and parking at a lot around 44 or 45 between 5th and 6th. She would like to have a nice dinner with her husband. They like food (except for Mexican.)

What can you recommend in the area?

Depending upon what they want to spend there are plenty of options. How about db Bistro Moderne (close to where they'll park). The Modern (Dining Room) or Maze (close to the theatre)?
