Microwave Drawers - the good, the bad, and the ugly

I am considering putting in a Sharp microwave drawer in my new kitchen, bur reviews have been less than stellar. Most complain that the drawer-opening mechanism frequently fail. Has anyone had experience with these drawers? Thanks.
