Saveur top 100 - Caputo 00 flour

Was looking at the new Saveur Top 100 and it mentioned a Neopolitian pizza recipe that had 00 flour. Is this 00 flour available in Edmonton?

Saveur Number 1 was Kielbasa - I'll take the Mundare!

    Thanks-all. I was able to purchase Caputo 00 flour at the Italian Centre. .

      Did you check with the Italian Centre?
      If that doesn't work I would go to a Famoso and beg the manager to sell you a bag.
