Good Italian in or near Sunrise FL ??

Will be visiting in a few weeks and could use some suggestions!!

    I second the Vignetos recommendation. It's one of my favorites. Try the asiago gnocchi with vodka sauce!

      Vignetos. There is a location in Weston and in Plantation. Either side of Sunrise.

            Isn't Mario's near Sunrise or did they go out of business? It's been years since I've been there.

            Did you want gourmet Italian or mom and pop home cooking? Or both?

              Tarantella in Weston is pretty good. For good Italian though I would go East to Cafe Vico on Federal just north of Sunrise Blvd. My fave Italian in Ft Lauderdale

                I also like Vico, but if you're going east, my favorite Italian is Valentino's.
