Seafood/Raw Bar near Penn Station

Hi. Looking for pre-dinner drinks and seafood/raw bar. Reasonable (for area), $50 per or so... any ethnicity considered. Thanks!

    There's Tracks, actually, inside Penn Station, as well as John Dory Oyster Bar nearby in the Ace Hotel on 29th and Broadway.
