White Plains NYE celebration

Does anyone happen to know if the public White Plains NYE celebration includes the sale of food and drinks out on the street? The details of this celebration aren't spelled out anywhere.

Has anyone been in prior years? I live near-by but am not sure if this is worth planning a night around.

No food or drinks sold on the street. They have live music on main street a ball drop at midnight.
