For NYE dinner I was planning on making the nobu style Miso but with sea bass instead of black cod, do you think they could be interchanged?
Not sure about Sea Bass but many chefs have gone from serving Chilean Sea Bass (over-fished) to Black Cod.
Black Sea Bass is my favorite fish.....and nothing like what is known as Chilean Sea Bass. Go for it.
