Red Medicine and SIV

Someone claiming to be SIV has posted a 5 star review for RM over on yelp, complete with the infamous picture. Does anyone know about this?

    obviously it's a fake, and i doubt anyone who knows about recent events would take it seriously. hopefully someone will report it and Yelp will take it down.

      It's a pretty good example of how reliable Yelp ratings are.
