Cozy restaurant in Framingham??

Hello!

I am looking for a cozy restaurant in Framingham. I am meeting a good friend I haven't seen in years, and we'd like to find a somewhat quietish restaurant (although we'll be dining on a Thurs. night, so many places will probably be quiet) with nice decor and a warm, cozy atmosphere (read: big booths, a fireplace maybe, etc.). Is there anything like that in the Framingham area, or am I asking too much?

Any help would be great as I really don't know the Framingham area well at all!

The Oregon Club fits the bill. It's actually in Ashland, the next town over, but is full of quiet, cozy rooms and has a fireplace. You'll need a GPS to find it, though, because it's in a residential neighborhood on a really dark street.

Perhaps the Coach Grill, in Wayland? I haven't been in many years, but I've heard it's a pretty good steakhouse, and perhaps others can comment on the interior.

Strongly recommend Stones Publick House in Ashland. No booths but a fireplace and cool bar.The Aegean has booths and a cool vibe, not as quiet.

It's not in Framingham, but Gourmet Decisions in Natick is warm and cozy, has a fireplace, and serves pretty good food. Menu is at www.gourmetdecisions.com.
