I usually get it at mercado latino along with dried chilis for posole, but I regularly see it at supermarkets around town.

What form to you see in supermarkets around town?
Besides canned (Teasdale brand may be the best), hominy can be:
cooked and frozen (I've never seen this)
corn that you have soak and hull yourself
dried treated corn. The only version of this that I've tried comes from Peru (very large kernels called mote pelado). It still requires several hours of cooking.

It's sold as dried posole - definitely not mote pelado, but already treated. Yes, it does require soaking but you don't have to hull it. The Whole Paycheck on Westlake has it for sure.
I still recomend Mercado Latino in the Pike Place Market for it. (They've also got a few brands of the canned stuff if you're in a hurry - but I'm never in a hurry when I'm making pozole.)

I feel like I've seen the dried version of it at Kitanda Brasilian Bakery in Overlake, but they've recently remodeled and don't have as many sundries as they used to, so I would call ahead before making the trek to the dark side. (Unless you live on the east side, in which case I apologize for referring to your vicinity in a derogatory manner. I just really hate that bus commute.)
