I highly recommend going across the street to the Bellagio since the restaurants are much better. Depending upon your food preferences and price, you should be able to find something to your liking.

rao's serves a decent pizza at lunchtime. how about trying Brenner's in the forum shops? more details on what you're looking for might help the cause.
