Dad's 80th in Vegas

My Sis & I are planning a birthday for Dad's 80th and want a place that has good food, great service and can accommodate about 50 people for a Sunday brunch/lunch for family & friends between the ages of 10 and 80+ . We're from NYC So we're not easily sticker- shocked but want value. I'm looking for an interesting venue that can accommodate us. Any suggestions out there?

Here's a post that should be helpful in planning your event. It lists many questions you should ask a prospective venue.

That group eventually ended up dining at Smith & Wollensky.
