Happy holidays CH-ers!! In honour of the season - I'd like to hear what your fave Christmas dinner dessert is it and where you get it? We always used to have a Marks and Spencer Christmas pudding and a buche de noel from Rahier - I was tempted to try one from Pain Perdu this year...would like to know what your favourites are and where you buy?

I love the fruitcake from Whole Foods. They have a smaller version this year ($12.99) as well as the bigger one in a box ($25.99).

They were open on Christmas day and picked something up. It was a Christmas tree pastry, along with some gingerbread cookies... they were delectable! The tree was actually mint choco.. very interesting, and not that sweet either. Then I bought a flourless choco cake to share with someone else after, and even after 1 day, it was good. :)

I think its my new found favourite pastry shop!
