Seeking Cassoulet

This cold weather has us craving cassoulet. Anyone have any recomendations? Not Quartorze, please, we love it, but we can't get there on New Year's Day.

Cercle Rouge also makes a great cassoulet.

Best I've had in the city is at La Sirene.
I don't know if they're open on New Year's day, though.

I'm sure they will be... They're open on Christmas day...

No I was teasing, cos Quatorze always runs an ad "Cassoulet on New Year's Day."

I was replying to RCC's question of La Sirene being open on New Years, not your post.
