This cold weather has us craving cassoulet. Anyone have any recomendations? Not Quartorze, please, we love it, but we can't get there on New Year's Day.
Cercle Rouge also makes a great cassoulet.

L'Absinthe! It's very good. 227 East 67th Street, New York, NY 10065-6002
Best I've had in the city is at La Sirene. I don't know if they're open on New Year's day, though.

I'm sure they will be... They're open on Christmas day...
No I was teasing, cos Quatorze always runs an ad "Cassoulet on New Year's Day."
I was replying to RCC's question of La Sirene being open on New Years, not your post.
