Freekeh - where to buy?

Hi - I'm looking to buy uncooked freekeh (also spelled as frikeh and farik); I know that TJ's used to carry a cooked version. I've tried phoning some of the Middle Eastern grocery stores in the Glendale and Pasadena area, but have not had any luck. I would really appreciate any suggestions - thanks!

    1. Bought it at Surfas a while back. P.S. I thought that it was terrible; tasted liked smoked front lawn.

hey thanks - I just found some at the American Armenian Grocery in Pasadena, but haven't tried them. Was yours 'cracked' or 'whole'?

        1. I'm pretty sure Golden Farms market on San Fernando Road in Glendale has it.
