Momofuku wait times this holiday season?

Hey guys. I'm from Toronto and will be in town with my gf Dec 26-29. I've heard quite a bit about the different Momofuku locations. We plan to have dinner at atleast one of the locations. From what I have read, Ko is near impossible to get a reservation so it's been ruled out. We are considering Noodle Bar and Ssam Bar. Can anyone give me an idea of wait times around prime dinner time (6-8pm) on those dates? An hour or more? We'd likely be taking a cab there so it'd be great to know ahead of time what to expect.

On a side note, we will also be doing a lot of shopping that day. Is it terribly busy at either of these locations where we really wouldn't have anywhere to put down our shopping bags?

Thanks!

Primetime is more 8-10. If you go before 7 there shouldn't be too much of a wait. Waits are generally much less at ssam bar.

If you come in between 6 and 6:45, probable wait time is 0 to 20 minutes.
Otherwise, It could take up to 50 minutes..
Btw, they are good at pacing and turning tables.

Probably about an hour at both. Really hard to predict. They are not huge restaurants, so I wouldn't want to carry in a lot of shopping bags.

Ma Peche (in Midtown) is bigger and will likely have a shorter wait.
