Pre-show dinner near the Punch Line

Going to a comedy show this coming week. Does anyone recommend any place near Washington and Clay? We're ok with fish, pasta or simple foods.

I want to know, too! But my preference would be for something a bit cheaper than the current suggestions, & open on a Sunday night. (edited. i was asking about Bocadillos but they're closed on Sunday too.)

There's also Bocadillos and Barbacco.

I wouldn't do Tadich before a show, they don't take reservations and there can be a long wait.

Good point that the potential wait at Tadich needs to be factored in. Bocadillos doesn't take reservations either but it may be less of an issue there.
