i am looking for fresh egg noodle like liguini, any flat noodle to go with my Zurcher geschnetzeltes (émincé de feau a la zurichoise)

also any recommendation to where to buy veal filet? (quality before price)

you can get both at Capitol in the Jean Talon Market

Also have a wide range of fresh noodles at Milano on St-Laurent, near JTM. Haven't tried them but they look like they have a good turnover.
